OK let's get started.

Open cc_1_timeline_cover_'13 then hit shift d to duplicate. Now delete the credits layer then close off the original template. Next click on the lines layer and using your magic wand click on the white portion above the top line and below the bottom line. Now add a new raster layer then go to selections/modify/expand and expand by 5. Now flood fill with red. Now selections/select none. Next go to effects/plugins/tramages/wee scratches with the default settings. Now drag down to just above the background layer.
Now click on the lines layer again and using your magic wand click between the 2 blue lines. Now go to selections/modify/expand and again expand by 5. Now click on the background layer then selections/invert and hit delete. Selections/select none.
Ok next click on the red oval layer then using your magic wand click on the oval. Now go to selections/modify/smooth with both set to 10 and both boxes checked. Now open bibiliberty paper 4 then copy and paste as a new layer. Now resize by 60% then position so that you can see red, white & blue inside the oval. Now go to selections/invert and hit delete. Do not deselect just yet.
Open your tube then chose the close-up layer now copy and paste as a new layer. Position in the oval to your liking then hit delete. Selections/select none. Lower the opacity to 55 and change the blend mode to hard light go to image/mirror. Now open bibiliberty elem 80 then copy and paste as a new layer. Drag the firework layer below the tube layer then change the opacity to 70.
Next open bibiliberty elem(82) then copy and paste as a new layer. Now resize by 60% and then place in the top right corner. Now duplicate then go to image/mirror then image/flip.
Now open bibiliberty elem(65) then copy and paste as a new layer. Now resize by 30% then position on the right side of the oval. Now duplicate and go to image/mirror. Next open bibiliberty elem(66) then copy and paste as a new layer. Now resize by 25% and place over the top of the blue bow on the right. Now duplicate then go to image/mirror.
Now open bibiliberty elem(7) then copy and paste as a new layer. Drag below the bow layers and position on the left side of the tag. Now duplicate then image/mirror.
Now open your tube again then select the full sized tube then copy and paste as a new layer. Position to your liking on your tag.
Now add your credits layer then go to effects/plugins/eye candy 4000/gradient glow change width to 5 and color of black. Ok now using a font of choic type out All American or wording of choice such as Happy 4th of July. Apply a slight gradient glow to your wording. Add your name and again use a slight gradient glow.
