Ok let's begin....

Open a 801 x 250 canvas with transparent back then choose the layers to your liking on your tube if it has multiple layers. Now copy and paste your tube as a new layer then go to effects/plugins/mura's meister/copies with the settings below.



Now click on the background layer then go to selections/select all then image/crop to selection. Now click back on your tube layer then go to adjust/blur/radial blur with the settings below.



Now duplicate your tube layer then close off the duplicate for now. Click back on the original tube blur layer then go to effects/plugins/xero/porcelain with the settings below. Now go back to effects/plugins/xero/radiance with the settings below.



Still on your original tube blur layer go to effects/plugins/xero/fritillary with the settings below. Now click on your duplicate tube layer and unhide it. Now go to effects/plugins/xero/moonlight with the settings below. Now lower the opacity to 60. Now select your pen tool color set to black width of 8 then click on the left side of your tag outside the tag itself and then click on the right side make sure you set it so the line is straight. Convert to raster layer then duplicate. Now go to effects/distortion effects/wave with the settings below. Repeat this on the original then go to image/mirror then image/flip. Now merge the 2 line layers together then click on the background layer again and selections/select all then crop to selection.



Now click on the lines layer making it your active layer then using your magic wand click between the 2 lines then go to selections/modify/expand with the settings below. Now add a new raster layer then drag below the lines layer.



Now flood fill the selection with a foreground/background gradient using 2 different colors from your tube and use the settings below.



Now duplicate the gradient layer then go to selections/select none. Now on your original gradient layer go to effects/plugins/xero/fritillary with the settings below.



Now on your duplicate gradient layer go to effects/plugins/tramages/wee scratches with the settings below then repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 times.



Now paste your tube as a new layer then resize if needed I resized by 70%. Position on your tag to your liking then duplicate. Now on the original tube go to effects/plugins/eye candy 4000/gradient glow with the settings below and color from your tube.



Now on your duplicate tube layer go to effects/plugins/xero/emphasis with the settings below. Now lower the opacity to 60 and change the blend mode to multiply.



Now add your copyright layer then apply a slight gradient glow like before except change the color to black and the width to 5. Now remember that facebook does NOT allow the artist URL on your timeline banners or group banners so be sure you check the TOU for the artist you use.

Now add your name then go to effects/plugins/pentacom/dot and cross with the default settings. Next go to effects/plugins/gradient glow with the settings from your credits layer.

Save & Done!
