Supplies:

Tube of Choice- I'm using one by Arthur Crowe!. Do NOT use the same

Dark Fairy Scrap by Bibi's Collection Scraps!

Plugins:

Eye Candy 4000- Swirl
Eye Candy 4000- Gradient Glow
DSB Flux- Spider Web

OK let's get started!!

Open a 600 x 250 blank canvas. Now open bibidarkfairy papers (13) then hit shift l and colorize o a color that matches your tube. Now copy and paste as a new layer. Go to adjust/blur/radial blur/ with the settings below.

Open bibidarkfairy elems(35) then copy and paste as a new layer. Resize by 60% then place left now duplicate and go to image/mirror. Open your tube close-up then copy and paste as a new layer. Lower the opacity to 50 and place on the left side.
** Important step will be used through out the tutorial. On each layer.**
go to effects/3d effects/drop shadow with settings below. Now repeat step with the settings from the 2nd picture below.

Open bibidarkfairy elems (24)  then copy and paste as a new layer. Now lower the opacity to 50 and change blend mode to overlay.
bibidarkfairy elems (38.) copy and paste as a new layer. Resize by 50% twice  then place in top left. Now duplicate and go to image/mirror then image/flip.
Open bibidarkfairy elems (41) copy and paste as a new layer. Resize by 50% then place in the bottom left. Now duplicate and go to image/mirror then image/flip.
Open bibidarkfairy elems (69) then copy and paste as a new layer. Next open bibidarkfairy elems (18.) then copy and paste as a new layer. Now resize by 20% then position in the bottom right corner.
Open bibidarkfairy elems (84) copya nd paste as a new layer. Resize by 15% then place in the bottom right corner. Open bibidarkfairy elems (8.) then copy and paste as a new layer. Resize by 20% then position in the bottom left corner.
Open bibidarkfairy elems (1) then copy and paste as a new layer. Resize by 20% and position in the top right corner.
Open bibidarkfairy elems (80) then copy and paste as a new layer. Now resize by 25% and then go to image/flip.
Open your regular sized tube then copy and paste as a new layer. Now position to your liking on your tag. Open bibidarkfairy elems (45) then copy and paste as a new layer.
Add a new raster layer then go to selections/select all then selections/modify/select selection borders with the settings below.

Flood fill with the color black and go to selections/select none. Next go to plugins/effects/eye candy 4000/ swirl with settings below.

Add a new raster layer then go to selections/select all then selections/modify/select selection borders with the settings as before except change border width to 3.
Flood fill with a color to match your tube and go to selections/select none. Next go to plugins/effects/dsb flux/spider web with the settings below.

Now add your credits layer then apply a slight gradient glow using in the settings below. Ok next using a font of choice type out Dark then apply a slight gradient glow like on your credits.
Now on the right side middle of the banner type out wrath and again apply the gradient glow. Add your name using a font of choice and then your gradient glow.
Save & Done!
