Plugins Needed:

Eye Candy 4000- Gradient Glow
DSB Flux- Bright Noise
Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Textures- Swirl

OK Let's get started!

Open a new blank cavas with a size of 850 x 315. Now open bibi rockingjinx papers (12) then copy and paste as a new layer. Now open bibi rockingjinx elements (41) then copy and paste as a new layer. Now move to the left side of you tag then duplicate and go to image/mirror.

Open bibi rockingjinx elements (1) then copy and paste as a new layer then resize by 50%. Next open up your tube and if it has a close-up layer select it. Now copy and paste your close-up layer then move to the right side of your tag. Now duplicate then go to image/mirror and lower the opacity on both to 55%.

OK now open bibi rockingjinx elements (67) then copy and paste as a new layer. Now change the blend mode to overlay. Open bibi rockingjinx elements (31) then copy and paste as a new layer.

This time lets open bibi rockingjinx elements (60) then copy and paste as a new layer. Position on the left side of your tag then duplicate and go to image/mirror. Lets open our tube again and if it has multiple layers set it to how you want then copy and paste as a new layer. Now position to your liking.

Open bibi rockingjinx elements (63) then coyp and paste as a new layer. Position on the right side of your tag then duplicate and go to image/mirror. Now add a new raster layer then go to selections/select all back to selections/select selection borders with these settings inside radial checked, anti-alias checked and border width of 8. Now flood fill the selection with black. Repeat this step on a new raster layer except change the border width to 4. then hit ok and flood fill with red.

OK now on the red border go to effects/plugins/alien skin eye candy 5: textures/swirl with the settings below. Then hit OK. Now I applied this plugin twice so it stands out a little more. Now add your copyright layer ** Remember due to FACEBOOK's TOU's you are NOT allowed to put a url on your timeline cover. IF using a tube from SATC you are to put © Barbara Jensen (available at Scraps and the City) then your license #. Now convert to raster and apply a slight gradient glow.

Now find a nice script type font then type out your name. I used Brock Script size of 72 color of white then convert to raster layer. Now go to selections/select all, selections/float then selections/defloat then selections/modify/smoot with both boxes checked and both set to 10. Now selections/modify/expand and expand by 2 then hit ok, add a new raster layer and flood fill with black. Then slections/modify/expand and expand by 2 then hit ok and ad a new raster layer and flood fill with red. Move the red flood fill layer below the font layer then move the black flood fill below the text but above the red layer. Now selections/select none. Next click on the red layer and apply the swirl plugin like we did before applying it twice. Then click on the black flood layer then go to effects/plugins/dsb flux bright noise with intensity of 80 and direction set to mix and apply twice.

Save and your Done!!
